Returns and Refunds Policy
Returns must be received within 14 days of purchase in their original packaging. Items must be unused, and proof of purchase must be provided in order to process the return. If the product you received is in any way damaged please follow the same procedure as well as provide photographic evidence of the damage.
Shipping costs are not refunded and must be covered by the client upon return.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns on made to order projects. Once a project has been started it cannot be cancelled therefore a refund cannot be issued. Sale items are also non-refundable.

Deliveries
At DCS Studio we use third party couriers for our deliveries, therefore, we accept no accountability for damaged, delayed or lost items.
Personal Information
When completing forms, signing up to our newsletter or registering with us, we request personal details such as name, email address, mailing address and phone number. This is entirely voluntary, and users have the right to refuse and use the site anonymously.
Non-personal Information
When accessing our site, we collect data including browser, internet provider, connection to site and device being used, in order to improve site functionality and experience.
Liabilities
- All pattern cutting, made-to-measure garments are agreed upon with the customer before executing the work and signed. Once the design is cut and made to agreed measurements, DCS Fashion Studio cannot be held liable for sizing matter.
- DCS ensures the fittings are perfect and offer two fittings before sealing the final adjustments to a garment. Any changes made after the second fittings will incur additional costs.
- After completion of work, you must collect your goods within 14 days. After 14 days, DCS will remove goods from shelves to storage to make ways for new orders. There will be an additional storage cost for your goods upon collection after 14 days.
Disclaimer
Due to the nature of handmade embroidery, there may be small discrepancies in weight and size than first quoted. We endeavour to produce as close to images and details mentioned, lighting in our studio can limit colour perception as well as photography equipment and device screen being viewed.
*We also expect our clients to respect our practices and keep processes and techniques confidential.
