What is a pattern?

If you are looking to piece together a new garment, or have a seamstress or manufacturer make something for you, a pattern is required to cut the fabric to your design requirements. Once you have a pattern, it can be used to create any number of the same garment.

Who can we help?

We’ll need a sketch, with appropriate measurements or sizing requirements. We can also work from existing garments or patterns.

What will we need to get started?

Made-to-measure garments use patterns created using an individual’s exact body measurements. Where as pattern grading uses pre-existing measurements (i.e., UK10 or EU34) to increase or decrease the pattern to accommodate different sizes. We offer both!
